A scenic one lap course within Pugneys Country Park
and visiting the 12th Century Sandal Castle.

Course approximately 10km, of which 95% is off road.

Electronic Finish Chip Timing - Please note all
times recorded and published will be taken from the time the start gun
is fired, not from the time individual runners cross the start line.

events are organised to raise funds for Wakefield Hospice. Based on
previous 10k income and expenditure and with the kind support of our
sponsors, The Harratts Group and Wakefield MDC, it costs Wakefield
Hospice £5.32 per 10k entrant and £1.29 per fun run entrant
to organise the event. To help provide the maximum benefit to Wakefield
Hospice we would encourage all participants to raise as much sponsorship
